ECS specializes in working with local school districts and other organizations to develop winning grant proposals. Dr. Sliger and his team of extraordinarily skilled and experienced associates work together to develop highly competitive federal grant proposals. Due to this unique approach to proposal development, ECS can only work with a few organizations each year. Please feel free to contact ECS if you have questions. In addition to grant training and proposal development, ECS also provides summative and formative program evaluation services. Specifically, we can help you (1) plan and write the evaluation section of the proposal, (2) identify or develop instruments to measure impacts, (3) and collect, analyze, interpret, and report the evaluation results. We have experience with a variety of evaluation models, from appreciative inquiry to objectives-based evaluation, and with quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. All of our evaluators have doctoral training in educational evaluation and research methods. We have been involved in the evaluations of grants by funders such as the U.S. Department of Education, the National Science Foundation, the Center for Disease Control, UNESCO, and many states and local education agencies.
